Chances are that if you have an outstanding account with us it will either have been loaded with one of a number of collection agencies either here or in Australia. If the default or collection file is unpaid then a credit provider is unlikely to assess you as a good credit risk.

With the introduction of the Personal Properties Securities Register (PPSR) credit providers are in many instances searching the PPSR. This may alert them to outstanding loans that you may or may not have disclosed.

If you believe that you have paid a debt in full to our company and want a financing statement discharged then please contact the Securities Manager.

If you require a security interest removed then the easiest way is to pay the balance in full, or arrange to commence payments and we will automatically remove the financing statement at the completion of your loan.

Should you wish to set up a payment then take the following automatic payment authority to your bank, fill out the details and ensure that you enter your contract number (Reference number on the financing statement) in the reference field of the automatic payment authority.  

• Automatic payment – Please call customer services for an automatic payment authority.
• Phone Banking/Internet Banking – please contact your bank to set up this facility and have your account number ready.
• Deposit Card - please contact our office and we can arrange to forward you a Bank of New Zealand deposit card.
• Local Post Shop - use the post office locator to find the closest shop to your location 
• Direct Credit - should you wish to transfer funds direct to our collections account details are as follows:
